For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "tay365", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the tay365 gaming platform accessible at tay365.net, operating under PAGCOR regulatory guidelines.
• "Platform" means the tay365 website, all games, features, tools, payment systems, and services available through tay365.net.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses any part of the tay365 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the tay365 Platform, associated with a unique Philippine mobile number and password.
• "Real Money" means Philippine Peso (PHP) funds deposited by a Player into their tay365 Account for the purpose of placing wagers on games.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits granted to a Player by tay365 as part of a promotion, welcome offer, or other incentive programme, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by PAGCOR regulatory guidelines and Philippine anti-money laundering law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing all licensed gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and all related regulations applicable to tay365's operations.

By accessing the tay365 Platform, clicking "Register", "Sign In", or otherwise creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the tay365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tay365. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your tay365 Account.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency arising from a translation into another language, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

tay365 operates in compliance with Philippine law, including but not limited to PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160 as amended), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and all other applicable Philippine legislation governing online gaming.

To open and maintain a tay365 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, consistent with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for all forms of licensed gambling in the Philippines.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register a Player Account.
3. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of tay365 or any of its affiliated game providers.
4. You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by tay365 or any PAGCOR-affiliated gaming operator.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
6. You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent to tay365 that you satisfy all of the above eligibility criteria. tay365 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and residential address at any point, and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) tay365 Account only. Multiple accounts — whether created under the same identity, different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — are strictly prohibited. tay365 employs technical and manual verification systems to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. Failure to update your information when material changes occur (such as a change in registered mobile number) may result in restricted access to your account and may affect your ability to withdraw funds.

The following account security obligations apply to all tay365 Players:

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your tay365 Account.
• You should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access your Account or the Platform.
• You must log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.

tay365 will never contact you by SMS or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from tay365 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

All financial transactions on the tay365 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). tay365 does not accept foreign currency deposits. The following general terms apply to all financial transactions:

5.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made through the payment methods available on the tay365 Platform at the time of transaction, which include but are not limited to GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by tay365 and are subject to change without prior notice. GCash and Maya deposits are generally credited to your tay365 Account immediately upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes to reflect in your tay365 Account balance.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for deposits or the method designated in your verified account profile. Before any withdrawal can be processed, tay365 may require you to complete KYC verification, which may include submission of a government-issued Philippine identification document and proof of address. tay365 reserves the right to process withdrawals in the order they are received and within the processing times displayed in the payments section of the Platform.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Obligations

tay365 is a reporting entity under the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). We are required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Depositing funds into a tay365 Account for purposes other than genuine gaming activity — including "chip dumping," bonus abuse, structured deposits designed to circumvent AML thresholds, or any other form of money laundering — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under Philippine law.

tay365 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money balances. tay365 platform rules determine the order in which Bonus Funds and Real Money are used when placing wagers.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• tay365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice, where required by law or regulatory guidance, or to prevent abuse.
• Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using automated betting patterns, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended.
• Bonuses are only available to Players who have provided valid KYC documentation and who are in good standing with their tay365 Account.

In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms communicated at the point of offer and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail unless they are inconsistent with applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tay365 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one tay365 Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion or PAGCOR-mandated exclusion order.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, hack, exploit vulnerabilities in, or otherwise interfere with the Platform, any game, or any payment system.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players or with any tay365 employee to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of deposits, or use of the Platform for any purpose other than genuine personal gaming.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a valid deposit transaction processed through GCash, Maya, or any other payment provider.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour towards tay365 staff or other Players through any channel.
• Accessing the tay365 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the tay365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, audio, video, software, and the overall compilation and arrangement of the Platform — is the property of tay365 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by Philippine intellectual property law, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tay365 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without tay365's express written permission.
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting data from the Platform.
• Framing or deep-linking to any portion of the Platform without prior written authorisation.

The tay365 name and logo are trademarks of the tay365 operator. Unauthorised use of the tay365 trademark — including in meta tags, keywords, or any other form of commerce or communication — is prohibited.

tay365 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. We provide the following tools and resources to all registered Players as part of our responsible gaming framework:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time notifications to remind them of how long they have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their tay365 Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to six months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they have a problem with gambling may request permanent self-exclusion from tay365. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and the account will not be reopened. Self-excluded Players are removed from all marketing communications.
• Reality Checks: The tay365 Platform can be configured to display periodic on-screen notifications during extended game sessions.

tay365 actively monitors player behaviour for signs of problem gambling, including abnormal betting patterns, rapid re-deposits following significant losses, and attempts to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions. Where tay365 identifies a Player who may be experiencing harm, we reserve the right to apply restrictions to that account without prior notice, in the interest of player welfare.

All gaming at tay365 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly permit minors to access the Platform. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental controls on shared devices to prevent underage access to gaming platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tay365 and its officers, employees, game providers, and service partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of Real Money funds arising from your own betting decisions or gaming outcomes.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, telecommunications failures, or events outside tay365's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Unauthorised access to your tay365 Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors or inaccuracies in any game information or promotional material that are corrected within a reasonable time after becoming known to tay365.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits tay365's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.

tay365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that the Player does not satisfy the eligibility requirements in Section 3.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe required by tay365 or PAGCOR regulations.
• Receipt of a direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory authority.
• Technical, legal, or regulatory requirements that make continued service to the Player impossible or unlawful.

In the event of account closure by tay365 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining Real Money balance may be forfeited in proportion to the severity of the breach, at tay365's sole discretion and subject to applicable Philippine law. In the event of account closure for other reasons (such as cessation of operations in a jurisdiction), verified Real Money balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after completion of any applicable verification requirements.

Players who wish to close their own tay365 Account voluntarily may do so at any time through Account Settings or by contacting tay365 support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified Real Money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of the tay365 Platform, or any transaction on your Account, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through tay365's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team at [email protected]. tay365 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through tay365's internal process, and where the matter falls within PAGCOR's jurisdiction as a regulatory dispute, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.

For disputes not subject to PAGCOR jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.

tay365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, tay365 will notify Players by means of a notice on the Platform, by SMS to your registered mobile number, or by such other method as tay365 deems appropriate given the nature and urgency of the change.

The date of the most recent revision of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page ("Last Updated"). It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Changes to these Terms take effect from the date indicated as the new effective date, which will not be earlier than the date on which notice is first provided.

Your continued use of the tay365 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your tay365 Account before the effective date of the changes.

References to regulatory compliance in these Terms reflect our good-faith obligations as a licensed or regulated gaming operator and are not representations of specific licence numbers or regulatory categories, which are subject to change in accordance with PAGCOR's evolving regulatory framework.
